Roskomnadzor blocked the accounts of 15 bloggers on Twitch and Kick streaming sites, as well as on Telegram due to casino advertising, including Yegor Creed, Yuri Khovansky, Nekoglai (Nikolai Lebedev), and others, said Ekaterina Mizulina, head of the Safe Internet League. According to her, this happened after the appeal of the league.
The agency told RBC that it had included 15 materials on the Twitch platform about the organization of lotteries in the register of prohibited information. “Roskomnadzor sent requests to the owner of the Internet service to remove prohibited materials. The information was also sent to the Investigative Committee for consideration and adoption of measures provided for by law," Roskomnadzor said in a statement.
Telegram channel Mash published a list of bloggers whose accounts were blocked. In addition to Creed, Khovansky, and Nekoglaya, the list includes Andrey Burim (Mellstroy), Gusein Hasanov, Albert Vasiliev (Kyivstoner), Victor Nigrini (general), Oleg Gorbenko (indiaN0ch), Igor Lysakovsky (rxnexus), Ilnur Khafizov (follow-ups), Aren Zurabyan (VeRsuta), Alexander Zubarev (zubarefff), Igor Saiganov (A1taOda), Kirill and Alexander Volynkin (FarbizzBat9).
According to Art. 14.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (violations of advertising legislation), a fine of up to 2.5 thousand rubles is provided for participation in online casino advertising.
